We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. And, we can get your package to you when you want it! When you place your order, you will have the option to select your own date of delivery based on availability. As you finalize your order and select your arrival date, the appropriate shipping and handling charge will be applied. Our shipping and handling rates are based on the following delivery options:

Standard Shipping - Your package will arrive in 7-10 business days or less from the day we receive your order. Please review the shipping and handling rate schedule below.

Expedited Delivery - Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days. There is an additional $12.00 charge for this service. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday will arrive the following week.

Standard Overnight Delivery - Order by 9:00 a.m. (Central Time) weekdays and your package will arrive by the next business afternoon. Overnight Delivery is available Monday through Friday for delivery Tuesday through Saturday. There is an additional $24.00 charge for this service ($34.00 for Saturday delivery).

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We'll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

International Delivery - we will do our best to meet your international delivery needs. To most countries we offer door-to-door delivery for $125 USD per shipment.
